Yes. A loved one’s name, birth and passing dates, and a short personal phrase can be planned as engraved, embossed or raised lettering. The lettering style, depth and placement will be shown in the digital design for approval.

Yes. You can propose a personal message, a meaningful quotation or a favourite saying for the memorial. We will review the wording, placement and readability in the digital design. The amount of text will depend on the available space; the phrases shown on this website are examples, not fixed choices.

The initial fee covers creation of a custom concept image based on the reference image and details you provide. The fee amount is confirmed in your quote before payment.

Yes. You review the initial concept image, confirm the portrait, artwork, names, dates and message, and provide written design approval. The approved image then guides the production-ready 3D model. Printing begins only after the design sign-off and production payment are complete.

After the concept design fee is paid, you receive private instructions for emailing the reference image and design details. The public website does not display the studio email address.

A full-size urn and a keepsake urn serve different purposes. Confirm the required capacity with your cremation provider, then include that capacity in your design enquiry. Final capacities for the collection are still being developed.

The pieces will be digitally modelled and 3D printed. The printing material, finish and closure options are still being selected and will be specified before ordering.

The first payment is the concept design fee for the initial custom image. After you approve and sign off on the design, the production cost is paid before 3D printing begins. The concept fee and production price are shown in your quote.

Expected delivery is two to three weeks after you approve the final 3D design. The design and revision stage happens before that period. Complex finishes, mounting needs and the delivery destination may affect timing, so any important date should be included with your quote request.

Yes. After the free quote is accepted, the concept design fee is paid before the initial custom image is created. The production cost is paid later, after written design approval and before 3D printing begins.

Yes. After delivery, you inspect the finished memorial against the approved design and complete a final product acceptance sign-off.
